Time for a fact check, he issued shares to pay off the debt, big difference than what Scitsler did. In fact Scitzler CREATED the debt....

The dilution game is over here......if anyone thinks Red Oak, who control the BOD, will allow rampant dilution as in the past and dilute THEIR holdings is sadly mistaken.
