We are actually in partial agreement here JG,....

There is at least a year (give or take) before NNVC 'has' to do a capital raise in order to stay afloat,...

There are issues with companies being considered a 'going concern' if they drop much below having a year of operating capital buffer.

However - since NNVC has more than a year (somewhere between 4-5 quarters give or take) before this becomes a significant concern,.... the yammering about a capital shortfall being an immediate problem for NNVC is nothing but over-wrought hand-wringing for at least a year.

Should NNVC get to the point where they do have less than a year of operating capital,.... and at a burn rate prior to going into clinical testing of ~$2 MM/quarter,.... that ain't going to happen for a year or more,... it is something to watch - but not something to raise concern yet.
