It takes a certain level of cockeyed optimism - even after taking the time to flesh out estimates of risk involved and make realistic projections - to place ones' money in any clinical stage or pre-clinical stage biopharma company,....

But I am realistic most of the time - unless CVM wins a significant settlement in its court case this upcoming Spring - they are going to have to do more capital raises just to ride out the waiting period before they get enough results together for Phase III testing results to head off to the FDA for evaluation.

If they don't get a fairly good settlement - I'll likely sell what I am currently holding - preserve what capital I can - and attempt to get back in sometime in late 2016 or early 2017.

Otherwise - the dilution is likely to remain somewhat brutal in the short term just to get through the next couple of years.
