Actually, at the end of Q2 they had 2,323,142,631 shares outstanding and at the end of Q3 they had 2,533,142,631 shares outstanding. That is an increase of 210,000,000 shares. Those shares were issued to El Gordo as payment for his contact, excuse me, his old contract, that has yet to be paid off even though it ended Sept. 2014. (Paying him for his new contract has not even commenced yet. YIKES!)
Since they do not show any business activity in Q3, what is he being paid for doing?

13) August 2015 $ 10,500 105 million shares
14) September 2015 $ 10,500 105 million shares
