The glass tube method is unreliable because it takes a long time to purge out all that butane and most people dont have the patience to stir the oil until its purged. Plus stirring is ineffective at purging the butane out. To make a medical grade Oil, you need something better. Personally, i only buy oil from professionals who don't use the glass tube method. I have felt the difference in my lungs.
