LOL, PPHM Bid L2 at 1.30$ with 95K shares in demand and PPHM Ask at 1.32$ with 93K in the offer.

Someone wants to buy. There is no seller.
Market Market makes market at 1.32$ in the ask, buyer moved his size to 1.30$ signalling he will trade in between, that is 1.31$. Looks like we'll be here for a while unless the buyer moves or real sellers appear.

About 30K volume in the middle at 1.31$ in the Bid.

Both biotech indexes down (0.91% and 1.62%)
