pphmtoolong, yes they get enrolment data and some eventing information.

I think it is safe to say Peregrine is given the enrollment data.

I have to wonder if Peregrine is told the eventing numbers.

Enrolment data is not blinded. PPHM is allowed to know if a patient is enrolled and on what date and so they keep track. this allows them to open extra centers, stimulate enrolment if needed, etc. However they do NOT get details such as what patients, in what arm, ID's, etc.

Eventing data is blinded, except the TOTAL number of events. PPHM will NOT know who evented and after how many months. But they will know the TOTAL number of events that they can graph together with enrolment.

Based on that they can 'guestimate' the 1st look-in because they'll see a ration between enrolment speed and eventing speed. Next week I think we may get more information, possibly end of enrolment or at least ON TRACK (December still has 3 more weeks after next week and PPHM may only have the situation of week 4 of NOV 2015.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
