The problem with this logic (believe me I wish this was true) is that Troy owns shares. It seems to me that Troy is a selfish b@st@rd and says and does anything for money. Troy knows all of the information in those filings. If you think for 1 second he actually believed filing would increase his personal wealth HE WOULD HAVE FILED!!!! It's that simple. All of the shares are out of the barn with MTVX. So the PPS really has zero effect on MTVX. But the decision maker owns shares. Lots of them. He would file if this was true. Simply put, the past has done nothing but hurt MTVX. Showing how bad it has in a filing won't help. It's all about the revs right now. Sell enough bikes, there's a chance. As I've said before there is also a chance someone manipulates this for 3-5 ticks. Or a sliver of hope there is a buyout. But those are all 1%. If we don't see a filing after the IR case, we aren't ever going to see one. In my mind it's the only other possible (remote I admit) reason why. Still not to late for that new CEO for Christmas!!!!
