A pretty darn good player from what I remember watching!!! I haven't a clue as to how he got involved in this CHIT.

I believe I read some pretty negative posts in regards to this CEO, but I have to say it again, it's not like he didn't warn everyone.

I was mocked I believe for posting "disclosures" but if one had read the SEC filings and had done some good DD... one would have seen this for themselves.

"The issuance of additional equity securities by us could result in a significant dilution in the equity interests of our current stockholders." in CHIT's Form 10-Q

By the looks of things here, SIGNIFICANT DILUTION is exactly what happened.
