I totally agree with your post.

While I have crossed-over the "figuring it out" stage at least regarding near-term investment.

As you mentioned, nothing about this company is unusual at this stage and as such, it will need a close look at the cash-burn and financing activities.

Given that they have just raised the 7MM last month, this will take them to next inflection and theoretically the beginning of Phase II on Supinoxin and 3117. So no big issues on dilution for now but agreed that is most likely to happen down the line, again nothing unusual for a company going through these stages.

I'd expect a JV or partnering if things get close to the Phase III mark, if the results are very good even an acquisition.

Still a long while to go before then, but seems it'll be ok to ride the wave for now.
