Indeed, I would have assumed that if RNN were looking to execute on the R/S I don't see why they wouldn't have done it by now. For a company at this stage, I would expect them to do this only if there was a concern of being delisted from the Nasdaq due to being under the 1 dollar mark. But again the stock has been under 1 dollar since May 2014 so I wouldn't expect a sudden urgency for the R/S to take place.

I was lucky to buy in at 0.42 so the rally last week has been good, hope things stay stable, but again personally not expecting much until Jan.
