What people are failing to see!!!!!!!

You take a Huawei award and then add in Microsoft/Nokia, and the

other past due infringers and you are talking several BILLION

dollars, which will be way more than the present market cap.

The $100.00 price will look dirt cheap soon. Do you not think

these companies owe IDCC? Of course they do and they will pay

and when it starts it will be a avalanche of awards and

settlement. Is Nokia and Microsoft going to maybe lose treble

damages? I don't think they are that stupid and the risk versus

reward doesn't justify going all the way. A ban and treble

damages would be devastating especially when you damn well know

you are using the IDCC technology. Institutions own a huge

amount of IDCC and there are some big bets on options to buy

IDCC at a lot higher price. Our day in the sun is closer than

ever and now is a good time to add to your positions.
