This is the perfect scenario for a legal legitimate takeover of $OCAT assuming NO poison pill. Stealth purchases of all the shares that sold at $8.50 in the open mkt, rapid accumulation of shares above +50%, and within the 10 business days required before filing Schedule 13D.

Anybody find yet an $OCAT filed SEC document that would prevent this?
