Interesting that the transacted shares since Nov 10 are 24.8 mil shs which is +58% of the 42 mil O/S. If all of these shares were accumulated by a single source then they could claim ownership of $OCAT and fire the entire BOD including the CEO. The 18 mil shares retained by savvy shareholders would then be part of the new ownership.

Can anybody find an $OCAT poison pill filed with the SEC that would prevent this?
