Quote BS LOL, "$OCAT +150 Patents + Patents Appl will control most of the future Pharma Drugs based on Stem Cell Cures of disease and aging.

A $1.0 billion offer for $OCAT would be $24 PPS and easily handled by Astellas cash on hand. A $1.0 billion offer is pocket change for the world's largest Pharma namely Pfizer."

WHAT????????????

OCATA's patents have ZERO proof they're worth anything yet as OCATA has NEVER, EVER, EVER brought a single product to market successfully or generated ONE DIME of sales based on said "patents". ANYONE, any company/firm can file patents till the cow's come home, but it doesn't make um worth any more than the paper they're printed on unless they can GENERATE FUTURE REVENUES and PROVEN PROFITS, NONE of which OCATA patents have ever done to date.

Astellas was given a "full look" and chance to evaluate OCATA's patents- and based on that review, they've offered to buy-out OCATA (everything that is OCATA, including the patents) for EXACTLY $8.50 a share and not ONE CENT MORE, aka approx $380 MILLION dollars.

NOT some myth based, imaginary $1 BILLION or whatever. Astellas made their offer, even upped their offer and it's for about $380 million and that's the deal BOTH company's Board of Director's WILLINGLY signed and agreed to and that's the price and deal presently moving full steam ahead to a closure and sale.

There is ZERO indication that Astellas is or will offer $1 BILLION for OCATA, as they don't have to. The OCATA BOD and Sr Mgt already SOLD OCATA for EXACTLY $8.50 a share, ALL CASH, or approx $380 million, NOT some imaginary value of $1 billion or whatever, LOL !!!

IF, Astellas had wanted to overpay at $1 billion for OCATA, they could have made that their offer, but OF COURSE THEY DID NOT and they HAVE NOT.

TOTAL NONSENSE IMO.
