$OCAT shareholders should know within 2 weeks as to whom the mkt buyer(s) are as they must file SEC public documentation within 10 business days of having acquired +5% ownership.

For example Ken Dart thru Eastern Capital often acquires Pharma shares openly, as well as BlackRock etc. Other Hedge Fds do as well acquire +5% ownership assuming that they will make a profit in the ownership.
