That seems right.
I think there is a slim chance that Astellas may raise the bid a buck or maximum of $2 if it looks like they are not going to get the required votes.
I wonder if there is any chance of vote tampering/rigging here.
I always suspected that this may have been the case when the last vote mysteriously passed which granted them more options.
I wouldn't put anything past these folks to get what they want.
