IMo, the ballgame's over with Astellas, who it appears may well not get the required threshold tender number and, if so, will not counter with a higher offer.
That's my conjecture, but who know knows the true viable value of Ocata's IP patents?
My conjecture, also, is that if Stella tender fails, any possible new tender, friendly or hostile will come from a non US based source, but I sure wouldn't put much hope in that given all the work Jeffries and Citi supposedly did already.
