Suburva cannot trade under .0001. Now un issued previous shares can be bought for under .0001. The is a huge difference from suburva shares being traded below .0001 which per sec and Otc guidelines is impossible but shares can be bought from the companies agent or the company can issue new shares for debt relief or other purposes but shares of supurva cannot legally be traded under .0001 so it is impossible to also short a sale a sale at a price under .0001. You can short it at .0001 but when shares are easily available in bulk at that same price there is no reason to short a .0001 play when it is known shares are available at .0001. I would also guess with very low column here lately there is no reason why anyone would short this at this time. If it starts to run for some reason it may again be shorted but even then they will cover as there are no failures to deliver with this play so totally legal.
