Just curious but if i was buying your car for $10k and you have a guy on the phone offering you $15k why would you continue negotiations with me?

From my experience the offer they work with os the highest they got.
The only way it goes higher is if they raise the offer to convince shareholders to agree.
That only happens when the insiders dont own controlling shares.
Since insiders seem to be onboard the pps is about set in stone.

Only other way is to have this negotiations end and start a whole new deal with a different company
