SWET Yes Par Value is $0.0001, also a 2nd Par Share Count 10,000,000.00 for a total Capital Amount of $2,001,000.00 dollars ! as I Said 20b A/S would be reduced to 2b A/S by a 1 for 10 R/S and Current O/S would be reduced to around 300m by a 1 for 10 R/S so will have to see what Ron plans are about Max R/S of up to a 1 for 400 R/S ! Seeing Insiders buying been heavy during the past quarter adding over 800,000,000 shares to their Positions Details @ Nasdaq.com Insiders (SEC form 4) also max R/S of 1 for 400 would reduce the A/S OF 20B to 5 million ! and we do not know if the A/S is included in a R/S EITHER !! Proxy statement June 19 A/S was to go to 5 Billion and not be included in R/S but was later Raised to 20B so will have to see if that was do to A/S now being Included in the pending R/S
