He doesn't deserve one cent based on his empty promises and lack of execution. If he can pull a rabbit out of his hat this January and redeem himself and get the stock price moving like there is no tomorrow based on executing smart deals then I'll breathe a sigh of relief. But right now the guy should be in an cage in a red jumpsuit if you know what I mean.
