EPGL: If anything happened under .04 it will only
1. Seller is selling at loss
2. Group is exchanging their shares with other members and later they will buy at later in the same price when it will move back up
3. Individual's have more than one accounts to transfer their shares from one to another account
I strongly believe under .04 a majority of shareholder will be in red

EPGL time to buy and hold PPS does not matter at this level.
Time is moving very fast
