I would say is is more like Ocata has "massive" hemorrhoids, and facing reality that without a suitor, that there was/is no way they could continue on their own with their limited funding.
Although unlike most up until now, I despise Wotton and have pointed out time and time again that he is a self-serving liar/con artist, under the circumstances, imo he did the right thing and took what he could get rather than getting shut out and facing the dim prospects of continuing this venture on its own.
Imo if anyone really thinks they know what PW knows( and hasn't told us about the huge problems and obstacles remaining), they are deluding themselves.
