When are those audited financials due? The last forecast was by the end of the year - we were told to take that "to the bank."

Obviously THAT ain't happening - as most common sense based observers predicted. Just as past predictions of "in the summer" and "by Labor Day" and "by the end of the Druid summer" and "by the shareholder meeting" and "within a few days of the meeting" and "within a few weeks of the meeting" didn't happen.
