I hope you remember my prediction that Abu Dhabi would be unable to continue supporting AMD and Global Foundries

Sorry, I don't remember it but I don't doubt you. All the oil exporting countries are suffering with the low price of oil and I don't see any reason why that would change in the next few years short of a war in the mideast.
