Really?? When did it become necessary for insiders to make purchases of their own stock to be a "legitimate company?" Ever heard of owning enough stock from the beginning that you don't really need anymore? Why don't you check some "legitimate growth companies" and find out how many insiders make purchases. If you can report back that 100% of them purchase their own stock, then you win the argument. Why not start with Facebook and go from there....
