My personal opinion is that the A-1 warrants were changed from $1.25 to $.1 as a Christmas "gift" to these guys in order to get them to invest in the warrants. I believe Dart and Company will exercise them right away. I also believe they will sell them on the open market to the maximum extent possible. Not because they don't believe in the long term investment but because there are many other places you can park your cash without this much risk. He alone is looking at over $2.5M profit with 5M of the A-1 warrants.
