Its a fact that certain visitors to Bourque Industries lab have obtained observance of activity regarding Kryron production, Kryron testing and actual examples of Kryron being used for anticipated applications by those persons John Bourque considers "friends" of Bourque Industries. These folks of course signed a NDA agreement.

It says nothing to say "Once a NDA is signed, Bourque Industries (aka, John Bourque) has zero obligation, as a result of the signed NDA, to divulge anything."

Everyone is clued in that holding a signed NDA is in itself a piece of paper that only has a purpose served if that person is allowed access to non-public company activity or status.

Its well understood, not needing "help to understand" that a signed NDA does not require Bourque Industries to give access to the signed holder non-public knowledge at Bourque Industries.

Once again, all here have complete understanding that the level of access to Bourque Industries is determined by John Bourque's gauge of the holder of a signed NDA based on "friend or foe" as demonstrated by content of posts on this board. Imagine one given near total access to Bourque Industries that includes eating BBQ with John Bourque.

It known that if a man entered the lab and signed an NDA and then took candy from his pocket upon meeting John Bourque, that John Bourque would show this man the door.
