Can't read HDG's spreadsheet, type is too tiny for me to read, and the 8-10 decimals (however many there are, looked like a lot), makes it even harder to decipher. In any case, we are talking apples and oranges - who owns how much of total shares out TODAY, compared to ownership fully diluted in the future - BB's and others cannot vote on "potential shares", or otherwise try to sway the BOD this way or that, until and unless they convert that debt to "real shares", just as insider options don't count until they're exercised.
