Oak River LLC or Oak River Inc?

Two separate entities. The revenue generating contracts are with the LLC a STILL EXISTING Nevada company. The apparent revenue from those contracts was reported under Oak River Inc. a Wyoming corporation formerly named 3D Entertainment.

And while a completed merger between the two was announced, there is zero independent evidence that it has occurred or that ANY contracts were novated to 3D to allow such revenue recognition to occur under the Wyoming Inc entity.

That's a problem.
