Some folks think this is a life-changer, that they'll make millions. Unfortunately for them, this company has no intention of making anybody millions except for management and insiders (and attorneys, and advisors, and consultants, and so on). Common shareholders, who have seen their investment drop 90% in the last year, are last in line. Same old story....
