IMO... IMS has got to be extremely hard up to take on a client who by thier own CEO's hand has destroyed the company he wants saved???? Now that's rich. I thinks there is more harm to be done to IMS's than any gain they can realize by crawling into a business bed with the EMPEROR with no clothes. WNBD has no money and I can bet he passed on more stock to try and entice them into his lair. They can't fix what a CEO continually destroys... what can they possibly do for WNBD without any cash or self sustaining funds to carry them with? My only guess is he rat holed away some of that unaudited 12 mil that has mysteriously disappeared and is using some of that (with the "INFAMOUS & COMPLICIT GALPAL's permission of course). Only option is these guys are very foolish and didn't do their DD and they so starved for business they decided they would take the stock and they would have the EMPEROR give them some msg board exposure.... BWAHAHAHA... little do they know the hornets nest they stirred up for themselves.
