FINRA not having a reason to deny the name change is problematic and not insignificant.
If they had no reason and did it anyway they pretty much will do whatever they want when they want and they basically told Klug to go pound sand.
To say the name will change soon is not exactly living in reality imo.
I've been around well over a year and everything you guys have said to this point has come to pass in time but pennies are pennies for a reason and the odds of this being the one that makes everyone overnight millionaires, thousandaires, whatever given the revelation w/ FINRA are much lower today than a month ago.
But I will be happy to eat crow from my newly constructed underground bunker built with the pile of cash taken out of HAWC if I'm wrong.
At this point it's either a tax write off or a step closer to retirement.
I'm good whatever happens.
