NC Jim, That was very thoughtful, but I for one do not doubt what you have said except for the poor management on some level and that level being the one that was responsible for performing their duty to the stock holders in regards to filing on time. If you take a company public you should make reporting your top priority when it comes to your responsibility to the public. If companies want the little guy to invest, they should respect their investments and at the very least keep the stock trading.
