"Now who's buying shares of a company that claims they are not trading anymore?"


In the resignation letter the BOD said they would give their shares back to the company to try to distance themselves from this mess. Possibly some of the the BOD's that sold their shares at the "penny level range" of the share price are buying back at a "lower share price" to get the shares back to hand back in. Just a thought.
