The problem is that GRCU closed at 0.0317 that day.

It seems most claim they sold at 0.04.

Some of us sold at 4 cents and came back for more

On 05/28/2014 you posted: "Since the shares we had locked up at a high sell price are now reset because of the new ticker, we need to reset the sell price at .50 or so, don't want to let them borrow those hard earned shares."

That doesn't sound like anyone that sold at 0.04.
