Here is the full SEC compliant against the man who performed HHSE "audits" for the withdrawn 10-12g

Anyone can see after reading that, HHSE absolutely could have been added.

Only because they filed the Form 10 in March 2015 is why there are not listed. The SEC investigation was ongoing in the later half of 2014 based on the companies listed 2012 and 2013 10k's filed early in 2014.
