The Baker Bros are the smartest of the smart money and are usually right when they back a small biotech. They do their homework well. They are always long investors. The market may take a couple days to fully digest the significance of their investment. I suspect there may exist a reason why the timing of the deal and announcement almost as if they wanted to go unnoticed during a holiday and not for the obvious reason one might think.
