rsi favors down as does stoch.
Looking at both adx green and red, the best moves come when reversing off of 10 or lower.
If macd is thrown in it slightly favors down as well.
I think the board has the ST fundamentals laid out. Warrants pressuring price to downside. Expected news to then bring a reversal and upward move.
Fundamental view and TA view are lined up. Timing and emotion associated with these unfolding events will create the ST price moves.
