Think of it as a pie, the pie is cut into x amount of shares.
You have Y amount of shares.
When they increase the AS and sell them to raise money the size of the pie ( market cap ) does not necessarily go up. However, x goes up meaning the pie is cut into more pieces thus your piece keeps gets smaller.
This is not a stock split, it is dilution. Been happening continuously since the last reverse and if the AS is raised will shrink the value of your shares even more.
Easy peasy..AS goes up, your percentage of ownership goes down. Not sure the share price can take much more dilution.
