The reply in your post, of less than 100 words, should be made into a 10' by 10' poster and nailed on the ceiling over John Bourque sleeping bed and be illuminated with World War Two searchlights used for aircraft detection, that while ear piercing horns taking from freight trains are blaring towards his pillow.
Once Upon A Time it was suggested that a visit to Bourque Industries lab would result in that Hurting in the Dark Shareholders to receive after signing a NDA "information of substance [that's] invest-able [with] identifiable prospects communicated with verifiable data."
Its been reported here as hearsay that a few visitors to the lab were allowed to observe Kryron creation, testing and actual demonstrations of Kryron in applications.
If true, then that could deliver into "Based on.....what?" with one caveat.
That being, even if this Hurting in the Dark Shareholder at the lab obtains that degree of information unavailable to the public (aka, "absolutely no information of substance that has been released by Bourque Industries that's investable.") and can verify to a degree towards successful sales and revenue, then what remains undisclosed that can dilute and render the "static from 2011" BORK holdings to near zero potential to obtain any pps over a sub penny would be the directors to authorize and distribute to themselves and John Bourque one hundred billion new shares. If done, no matter how successful Bourque Industries becomes a current BORK will have near zero value in the Market, sub sub penny for example, that would return a penny on one thousand dollars for most Hurting in the Dark Shareholders, if sold once Bourque Industries reaches success.
My take is that this currently ill-omened company does not have a dark secret hidden and posed to strike down the Hurting in the Dark Shareholder's.
My read on Juan Mendoza tells me that he is unaware of any such hidden plans, but that being true there exist a possibility that Carol Merthry Condon and/or Charmaine Berry may be aware of such grotesque thoughts lurking in a dark place inside John Bourque mind that even John Bourque is unaware of until like a sleeper agent unaware of being such is activated with a secret phrase that turns a person into activity undisclosed until then.
