I'm giving them till mid January to show some sort of public communication via filings/PR. If they really cared about current share holders, even the smallest of fluff PR in December would suffice. I'd be happy with a PR saying "PR's are coming". I'd even pay for it.

Understandable for them to wait for the next year to kick something off, but I'm pretty sure they're unaware of the patience being tested by many.
