Hay Mountain Super Project Porphyry Copper-Gold-Molybdenum-Rare Earth Element Mining Target

Reading that reminded me of these Brent Cook red-flags:

How many times has the project been renamed? The more times a project picks up a new name, the closer to zero is its value.

Similarly, how many times has a company changed its focus while chasing the next hot story, be it uranium, rare earths, or an area play.
Although money can be made on these ambulance chasers, one must be more nimble than the founders-- who have usually run these flash in the pan stock jobs through many cycles.

And the the following one I have pointed out many times here. UNLIKE inventors and entrepreneurs who heavily invest with their own money, because they really do believe that they have something, LBSR's principles have not done likewise. A $100 BILLION (oops, now up to $300 BILLION) copper find of the century and yet none of the LBSR principals are rushing to fund that with their own money? A MAJOR RED FLAG WARNING! STAY FAR AWAY!

Is management financially committed to making shareholders money? Unless they own a significant position relative to their net worth you may not be getting 110% of their effort.

Filing the amended S-1 right before a long holiday weekend? Hmmm.

Friday evening and long holiday weekend news releases are generally bad news

And this one hits at Briscoe latest noise about funding on-going exploration by assorted small mining operations - shallow finds, Utah uranium, 100 year old abandoned mines, etc.

If an exploration company decides it can fund exploration via a small mining operation, get the hell out. Geologists are dreamers, not miners.
