What's sleazy is pushing out the dividend pay date a dozen times over 5 years then "issuing" another dividend and continuing not to take action on it then using funds raised to do more bullshit promotion of bullshit products to sell more stock.

The only thing CBIS has actually done that they've said they'd do or have done is raise the a/s and o/s and hand shares out to their friends for free.
