The ultra low volume will kill this company.

Liquidity to buy and sell Bioheart' stock is so low at a measly few thousand shares, it's unlikely that they will be able to raise even the most toxic dilutive financing. Even buying shares at a steep discount isn't worth anything if the toxic financier can't sell those shares back to uninformed investors.
