A. Offer and Listing Details

The Bank's shares have been listed on the ATHEX since the foundation of the exchange in 1880. Since October 1999, the Bank's shares have also been listed on the New York Stock Exchange and traded in the form of ADRs. Each ADR currently represents one share.

1:1 EURO SHARES TO ADR RATIO.

Some thoughts:

.30 EURO x USD exchange rate ($1.06/Euro) = .318 USD

.318 USD x 15(r/s) = 4.77 USD/share you own after r/s.

Current PPS .19 USD x 15 = 2.85 USD/share. Upside 67%.

On the 1st day of the resumed trading new shares are offered at .30 EURO, PPS could jump to 2.85 USD, you'll break even. If it jumps to 4.77 USD you'll gain 67% from where we are.

I have no doubt that it will trade below 3.00 EURO after capitalization, maybe 20 EURO?
