Thx Player, they have authorized shares w/ which to offer to raise capital but are restricted from doing so do to the 1/3 rule. Does the r/s affect that rule or is it just time? When, if ever or whatever, will allow wave to issue shares for financing again? You always seem to have such info at hand, correctly. How does a r/s lead them to capital, or doesn't ? Just curious as I have no shares. W/o $ they appear done as we have seen nothing in Q4 to suggest sales have increased. Tia
