I'm not sure all 2.6M was hard cash as your appearing to insinuate. I'm also not sure that hotel was actually owned. If it was, there was a big note on it and that had to be paid. Hell, it was only in PNOW possession for what...months? PNOW took losses all the way around for tax purposes. The mere fact that Melvin refuses to answer questions about it makes it seem there was underhandedness involved. I'm sure every gray area possible was fully explored when filing their taxes. Or should I say...HIS taxes. According to the PR info, there was absolutely no gains thus, shareholders took it on the chin again. IMO
