Pat- fear of loss-- drives all potentials (IE"partner A-B-C ") so waiting out a decreasing SP could be a way to get beaten by the aggressive, value aware partner who moves first and takes the prize.
Same goes for refi efforts--if all you do is call DM and set a meeting--well then, wear your kneepads.
I think DM is vulnerable in a number of ways and I believe they are NOT foolish enough to ignore that aspect. We know they have plenty at stake and we know they see even greater fortune ahead so they want to be IN this as much as they can. Further, they know that LONGS are ready to roll out of the stock if DM continues in the same way (constant conversion into the float via daily sales)
We need options B and C and D in play. ( a novice would have already put them in play-- but a real leader would have the framework of a deal ready to sign RIGHT NOW).
Soon, I expect TSA to set a new course for transportation security and begin to pursue that course aggressively. The danger is growing more and more each day.
In terms of drug detection-- well, the fed. prisons are a good candidate IF they have funding ( they do). So Dr. Jones will NOT let that fish off the hook...and there will be many many other opportunities spring up where least expected.
